WTIA to Purchase Sprinter Van
At our recent annual meeting, the West Tennessee Industrial Association Executive Committee and Board of Directors voted to purchase a Sprinter van for our membership. The attached document outlines the policy associated with its use. We encourage you to fill out and submit the Authorization for MVR Review in order to be included on a list of potential drivers. Please distribute the form to any LPC staff you wish to be included on the list.
The van should be on lot in 8 – 10 weeks. With this information on hand, we can put it into service ASAP. If you prefer to call me directly with your Tennessee Driver’s License number, please do. In any case, please sign and return the form via email so that it is on file with our office for insurance purposes.
